This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated commercial lawyer to join the Flutter UK & Ireland Legal Team to support Flutters iconic UK&I brands: Betfair, Paddy Power and Sky Betting & Gaming. Flutter UK & Ireland is the largest division ofFlutter Entertainment plc, a FTSE 25 company.Role responsibilities:Youll advise the company on a broad and interesting range of legal work. We like our lawyers to have as much exposure across the business as possible and so, youll be advising the business directly on a wide variety of commercial, technology and e-commerceissues. Crucially, well need you to be able to draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts under demanding deadlines. Having the confidence to work autonomously will be essential.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded in-house Legal Team, providing legal advice to an industry leading business and providing valuable support for potential new business opportunities.Were looking for a commercial lawyer that has between 1 and 3 years PQE and will have received training from a highly regarded law firm or in-house team. You will have solid experience of drafting, reviewing and advising on a variety of complex and highvalue contractsYou will be highly motivated and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to find sound commercial solutions to challenging legal and commercial issues.The successful candidate will have the ability to organise, prioritise and plan effectively as well as having a desire to learn and develop.You will be a great team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust at all levels.The betting and gaming industry is complex and constantly evolving, as new technologies emerge and the regulatory landscape matures. You will have a desire to understand Flutters business and will want to work in a fun and exciting, fast-moving, technology-drivensector within a dynamic regulatory environment.
