Due to winningseveral new contracts, they are looking to recruit bright, confident and hardworking people into their highly successful Legal Case Advisor team on a permanent basis!The role of the Legal Case Advisor is very varied, and two days will never be the same, you will be required to handle legal queries and provide a professional service to each client you speak to. The role offers amazing benefits such as a £1000 welcomebonus paid with your first months pay! On top of this, the company offer monthly bonuses which are approximately £240 per calendar month, a very generous holiday allowance including a day off on your birthday and a recharge day (as we all know how you justneed a day off to relax sometimes!) as well as excellent progression and development opportunities.The responsibilities of a Legal Case Advisor include:Be the friendly, first point of contact for all clients and customers who call/email regarding their case file

  • Provide excellent customer service to every customer who calls, offer support and guidance relating to customer case files as well as advising customers on the processes that the business will follow
  • Updating customers on the progress of their case files and giving accurate time frames for completion
  • Liaising with banks, legal firms, Estate Agents and Solicitors in relation to Re-mortgage applications.
  • Answer all queries within company standards
  • Liaise with customers throughout the Re-mortgage process, keeping them updated every step of the way
  • Liaise with legal teams to ensure all service levels are met
  • Liaise with financial institutions in obtaining information
  • Input of data onto the computerised system, updating case files and adding information and notes onto the case files after each call
Personal Qualities:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets and to work under pressure
  • Good team player, but also ability to work on own initiative
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good data input skills
  • Previous conveyancing experience is desirable but not essential
  • Experience of working within a fast paced and high-volume environment is essential
