The team are a really friendly bunch and besides the fact youll be keeping great company, youllalso be providedwith all the training and leading technology you will need to do your job.The branch has a fantastic track record of winning awards and the branch manager started out as a consultant and within 4 years, become manager, so there are plenty of opportunities to progress.** For this position, it is essential that you hold a full, UK driving licenceas you will be required to drive to client visits **The ideal person:We dont expect you to have recruitment experience, buttypically our consultants comefrom a background within target-driven, sales or customer service roles. If you have worked in the sales, estate agent, hospitality, travel or customer service industries,we want to hear from you. Being a successful consultant is just as much about personality and your ability to build lasting relationships with both our clients and candidates.This job will challenge you. This will not be a typical 9-5 roleandsome flexibility may be required.Your role:You will be joining our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, which means no prior recruitment experience is needed, as youll receive ALL the training youll need to be a successful Consultant and develop a thriving career.Your first three months withinclude your induction to the company and well get you started with your learning and development. We are well known for our outstanding training!This is a 360 recruitment role which means you will be handling the client and candidate side of the recruitment process including;
  • Understanding your clients job vacancy requirements.
  • Writing and advertising job vacancies.
  • Screening candidates and assessing their skills and fit against new roles.
  • Contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs.
  • Organising candidate interviews and client meetings.
  • Prepping candidates for interview.
  • Managing offers and candidate onboarding.
  • Using social media and digital channels for candidate and client attraction.
  • Networking with clients to win new business.
Location:Pertemps Leeds is a modern, cool and funky office with a hip vibe. Its located 10-15 minutes walk from Leeds city centre with great transport links. Its easily commutable from Wakefield, Bradford, Horsforth and Harrogate.The rewards:
