Job Description

As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a seasoned professional to join the team as a Senior Learning & Development Manager.Your role will be to design, coordinate and deliver exceptional blended learning solutions to colleagues across the business on a broad range of management and leadership topics. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensivelearning strategies to equip managers and leaders to excel in their roles.Key Responsibilities of the Senior Learning & Development Manager:

  • Design and deliver an innovative, high impact leadership development offering that future-proofs and builds leadership capability from junior to senior leadership levels
  • Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and priorities across the organisation
  • Design and deliver a range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills workshops
  • Designs and implements solutions to ensure the effective delivery of the performance management process to build individual, team and organisational capability
  • Oversee the implementation of e-learning platforms and other digital learning solutions to enhance accessibility and engagement
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics and feedback mechanisms, making continuous improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Stay aware of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, integrating innovative approaches to enhance learning outcomes
Experience required:
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative and high impact learning, talent & development interventions
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines
  • Introduce innovative approaches, including digital learning solutions, to enhance the effectiveness of development initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
