This is a chance to do challenging work with a wide variety of stakeholders across the FCA, to drive improved leadership and management capability across the organisation through innovative projects and solutions.To perform successfully in this role you will have experience of diagnosing organisational issues and developing impactful interventions in response, as well as expert knowledge of leadership and management development processes and systems. You will also beable to present these solutions to key business stakeholders and engage them in delivery.
