Job Description

Job; Lead QA Analyst - Remote UKThis company is the collaboration of two specialist development agencies. Together, as a full-service digital agency, they craft and grow market-leading eCommerce experiences with ingenuity, innovation and imagination. With a team of 70+ eCommerce professionals and certified developers, they are one of the largest and most experienced Magento Enterprise agency in the UK. They also partner with Big Commerce and Shopify and are recognised as Google and Microsoft Advertising Partners.They are on the lookout for a Lead QA Analyst to head up their 6 strong QA team.As their Lead QA Analyst will:

  • Will manage a remote team of 6 based in UK and India
  • Assist with training their QA team and providing mentorship
  • Continuously improve testing processes, coverage and automation
  • Provide feedback to their developers and project/account managers around UX, based on test outcomes
  • Perform frontend testing of website applications
  • Create requirements, scenarios and test data for use during testing
  • Continue a rollout of automation testing across 40+ projects
    • Their ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in a testing role (4 years+)
  • Experience of real automated testing (e.g. PHPUnit/Behat/Selenium/Magento MFTF/Jest)
  • Some experience of QA scripting languages and coding unit tests
  • Solid understanding of process metrics and automation / manual testing
  • Proficient in mobile testing and web application tests
    • Other desirable skills:
  • Magento 1 and/or 2 experience
  • eCommerce agency experience
  • Magento test framework experience
  • Shopify experience
  • Agency-side experience
    • Other Stuff;
  • £’s; fully DoE up to £45k,
