We are looking for someone to join our Lay Training team as an online-Administrator. Hours: 16 per week (4 hours per day Tues - Fri)The Lay Training Administrator will work alongside the Director of Lay Training and three Lay Training Officers to support lay ministry and training across the Diocese. They will also work alongside the Warden of Readers to support the record keeping forall Licensed Lay Ministers across the Diocese.They will have the opportunity to work with on the Digital Learning Platform, and to work alongside the Leeds School of Ministry Administrator as trainees become commissioned and licensed, as well as providing accurate administrative support for the teamsrange of training events and courses. They will also be a first point of contact for enquirers and new students, helping them to navigate their way into training, providing technical support when needed.They will play a key role in developing an online e-return process for re-licensing LLMs as well as moving existing paper records online.The successful candidate must be approachable, warm, resilient, organised, self-motivated and good at managing competing tasks.
