Job Description

Working as part of a transformation team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of learning and development requirements that support the successful delivery of the organisations transformation programmes.Client DetailsOur client are looking for an E Learning Specialist to join them on a full time and permanent basis. You will be based in Leeds and will work within the Transformation team.DescriptionThe successful E Learning Specialist will:

  • Look for opportunities for a blended approach to learning considering both digital and non-digital content creation and development.
  • Challenge, advise and influence the transformation programme on learning methods and approaches, and consistently deliver best practice learning, with a focus on supporting continuous improvement and driving colleague engagement
  • Effectively adopt initiatives delivered as part of the transformation programmes, and include a blend of system training, new skills development, and ways of working.
  • Influence stakeholders and manage external learning providers and partners
ProfileThe successful E Learning Specialist will have:
  • Experience in designing and implementing training interventions across digital and face to face methods, preferably including experience of systems training
  • Experience of using E-Learning platforms
  • Great communication skills
  • A responsive delivery style that can adapt to meet the needs of different individuals/group
  • Highly collaborative and personable, can adapt their style in order to connect well with other stakeholders, leaders and delegate
