Key Account Manager

  • Permanent/Full time
  • Monday to Friday

Do you have proven success within a key account manager role Are you able to maintain strong relationshipsIf YES then this could be the role for you…Our well established client is looking for a Key Account Manager, based from the Leeds office. The successful candidate will be expected to come in to increase customer retention, improve systems & communication, reduce complaints, identifykey clients, improve market strategy and increase customer satisfaction.Job responsibilities:
  • Support the companies growth plans and vision
  • Increase customer buy-in and retention
  • Proactively seek out business opportunities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Continuously keeping up with market knowledge and industry updates
Ideal candidate:
  • Proven success in key account manager role
  • Advanced Powerpoint user who is confident to present
  • Advanced Excel user who is able to manipulate data and produce reports
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and has great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrate negotiation skills
  • Exceptionally organised
  • Clean driving license
