Key Account DirectorFoodservice EquipmentUK Wide - any sensible location to the UK main motorway networks, London, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, Reading, Essex, Oxford, Northampton to name a fewBasic £60-£65k basic DOE plus good commission scheme, company car & benefitsThe OpportunityExcellent opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment as they continue to expand on impressive market share statistics. This is a key role within the sales structure, and you will be responsible for developing strategieswith key customers and looking at divisional strategies to win new business, this is also a leadership role managing others.The RoleYou will mange two key account managers and help them devise strategies for their accounts as well as developing their skills through coaching and training. You will devise a roadmap of how to engage and win new key accounts in your sector, developing yourbusinesses proposition all the time. You will also support on client proposals and help lead the effort at exhibitions and trade shows.The ideal applicantWe are looking for a proven key account sales manager or senior national account manager, or national account controller that has a minimum of 5 years in a related job function. You will be comfortable in leading and owning some key relationships and benew business orientated trying to secure other key prospects in the market. We are looking for a solutions sales professional that has a solid understanding of winning and securing and managing group level prospects with buyers and key decision makers.Ideally you will have experience from a foodservice equipment perspective, but we are pen to other industries whereby you have engaged with the hospitality (horeca) sector. Commercial catering equipment is advantageous but not essential.
