Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for a junior IT professional to join our expanding IT team. As Junior IT Support, you will support the IT team with configuration and support services to TCC and end users with the required quality and attention to detail, operating in accordance with TCC processes and procedures.Accountabilities:

  • Take IT Service Desk phone calls and provide 1st and 2nd level support
  • Provide walk in support to users
  • Monitor the Service Desk tickets and take actions to resolve as and when needed
  • Setting up/troubleshooting computers
  • Installing software as and when required
  • Troubleshooting 1st and 2nd level incidents/tasks
  • Managing IT assets
  • Assisting the whole IT team and gaining knowledge
  • RS Viewer (a file review application), Bizagi and other related applications
  • RS Viewer related tasks:
  • Health checks of infrastructure on reporting of 1st and 2nd level incidents
  • User set-up and maintenance
  • Brand set-up (including document classifications and bookmark themes)
  • Set-up of flow/automation trigger for Auto-Ingest from SharePoint
  • Escalation of second-line application or infrastructure issues to partner company, Recordsure via the detailed channels
  • Follow up calls with Recordsure and users
  • Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Experience:Essential
  • Technical understanding of Windows 10 and Windows Server platform
  • Understanding of process flow
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic networking and good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable to any situation
  • Flexible and able to work extra hours on occasion, if required by the business
  • Desirable
  • SQL coding would be beneficial
  • API (Application programming interface) experience would also be beneficial
  • Relevant degree or equivalent
