This Leeds based full service digital agency help companies with everything from website design and development through to content marketing, SEO and PPC. They have a fancy state of the art office space with excellent facilities including a gym and showers,and they offer extensive company benefits including hybrid working.They are looking for a digital-first Junior Designer to join their friendly team,You will work under the guidance of the Head of Design and be primarily responsible for a variety of digital executions across small-to-mid-sized projects and ongoing retainers, such as social media, email marketing and website enhancements.You can expect to: Manage your time effectively, and provide regular updates to your tasks and projects Contribute to project brainstorms and ideas sessions Listen to design feedback objectively and challenge when appropriate Show creativity when responding to briefs.To apply for this role, you will need to be proficient using Figma and the Adobe suite of apps, and have an understanding of traditional graphic design principles, i.e., typography, colour, layout and composition, and how to apply these digitally. In addition,you should have a working understanding of video editing and animation principles.In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will receive a salary of £20,000-£24,000 and an excellent benefits package.
