Job Description

Technical(IT) Support Engineer. £30-40,000 (dependant on experience)benefits including electric car(after probationary period passed) + annual performance related bonus +22 days holiday + bank holidays + 8% employers pension +company laptop + on-goingprofessionaldevelopment, includingassistance with training courses and certifications.Afiniteis a leading IT ServicesConsultancy,who are passionate about developing and maintaining honest & collaborative working relationships with both our clients and our teams.We believe that our reputation for providing expert & pro-active ITsupport, comes from the passion of our people so we want to ensure that you arecontinually assistedthroughout your career with us!Due to growth and progression within the business, we are now looking for a driven & client focussedTechnicalSupportEngineer to join our team.AsanTechnicalSupport Engineer, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Providingfirst class technical support, via IT helpdesk, phone, email and face-to-face
  • Assistingand leadingon a variety of projects, both internally and on client sites
  • Identifyingand troubleshootinghardware and software issues, both remotely and in person, delivering technical resolutions as they arise and identifying root causes, implementing enhancements to prevent future occurrences.
  • Developingstrong client relationships, going the extra mile to deliver an exceptionalservice
  • Testingand evaluatingnew technology
  • Collaboratingwith colleagues, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and within agreed timescales.
Package:
  • £30-40,000 (dependant on experience).
