Are you anIT Support Engineer with varied experience of working in an IT Support function Would you like to work for a rapidly growing international business based in West YorkshireAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Support Engineer to join my client’s team on a 6 month contract.The day rate is between £300-£350via an umbrella company. This is a full-time hybrid position – 3 day on-site / 2 WFH.The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging skills and experience with:• Microsoft desktop and server operating systems• Microsoft Database Systems• Networking (LAN/ WIFI/ Firewalls)• VMware• SAN and Backup Technologies• Threat protection (e.g. antivirus, email and internet filtering solutions)• Windows Server Infrastructure issues, dealing with escalations, patching and updates• IT Support across End User Devices, Servers, Networks and Storage• Excellent customer service and communication• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshootingskills• Strong organisation skillsAbout the role:• Day to day you will be supporting operating system and network• 75% project based• Responding to support calls from end users based on-site and across multiple offices• Troubleshooting and resolving a range of ticketsIf you are interested in exploring this position further, please apply ASAP or contact
