Job Description

Job Summary: To work directly with the IT Manager and other key stakeholders including Marketing, in the design and development of projects from concept stage through to completion.Good working knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, platforms and software is essential for this role.Define and manage IT projects on a day to day basis, establishing and managing the project structure and providing the IT Manager with end to end support.We offer flexibility in terms of working hours.We require a positive attitude and friendly nature.Role & ResponsibilitiesRequired Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant UK FS experience
  • Previous experience working as in a project lead role
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with demonstrable experience
  • The ability to lead new projects from concept to completion
  • Capable of developing innovative and high-quality design solutions
    • Accountabilities·Map out TCC’s internal data and systems architecture·Project manage the development of a combined TCC client facing and internal portal. Including:
  • Mapping out process flows, data mapping and systems architecture.
  • Work with marketing to develop UX design and manage beta testing and improvement.
  • Management of external technology vendors.
  • Develop and roll out internal training and client onboarding plan, process and documentation.
  • Create plan for future development including addition of modules and tools for add-on at a later date.
    • ·Managing the internal SharePoint revamp project. Work with Marketing to redesign the layout and make it fit for purpose to offer a streamlined and effective source of storing and sharing information. Streamline SharePoint to meet our design, end user and document retention objectives to provide a business document management & employee collaboration tool.·Manage the projects on a day-to-day basis, establishing the project structure and identifying the roles and teams involved; developing and maintaining plans; identifying and managing risks; and monitoring and reporting progress.·Defining and agreeing project scope, outputs, and timescale, quality and cost criteria to ensure business requirements are understood and agreed.·Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits to enable the achievement of project objectives.·Work with key stakeholders to clarify project outputs, and timescale, quality and cost criteria.Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Experience·You will have experience in delivering a wide range of IT projects and infrastructure technologies in both On-Prem’ and cloud-based environments.·Project experience of co-ordinating Infrastructure solution demands across multiple project work streams, ensuring on-time delivery of infrastructure services.·Knowledge of managing Microsoft Azure environments or similar cloud solutions.·Knowledge of IT technologies including virtual infrastructures, storage/archive/backup platforms, networking, security services and telephony.·Experience working with Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence), O365 AD migration, SharePoint, Power BI (or similar), SQL, Server infrastructure (VMWare), Unified communications, networking, Azure, AWS etc.·Experience in infrastructure technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement.·Knowledge of data protection guidelines under GDPR and experience of operating within them.·A proven track record of successful project delivery.·Strong stakeholder management skills.·Excellent communication and relationship management skills.·Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.·Excellent interpersonal, influencing and decision-making skills.·End to end delivery of an IT project through the full life cycle.·Server infrastructure rebuild project on hybrid platform.·Guidance on implementation of platform which will be fit for purpose and beneficial for the business.·Delivering quality documentation.Ensuring IT projects are complying with ISO requirements.
