Job Description

Investment AdministratorLocation: LeedsSalary: up to £26,000 (Depending on Experience)NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established firm of Financial Planners who have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and pro-active Investment Administrator to join their offices in Leeds City Centre.This role will be responsible for the administrative tasks surrounding the operation of the Investment Committee, preparing quarterly client communications and maintaining the firms model portfolios.Daily responsibilities will consist of:

  • Arranging quarterly Investment Committee meeting, ensuring attendees present and relevant information collated and distributed ahead of meeting
  • Taking minutes of meeting and ensuring important actions and decisions are correctly noted
  • Preparing of quarterly communication to clients and liaising with the Operations Team regarding its issue
  • Updating Research tools; via amending and updating existing portfolios
  • Updating Centra back office system, via amending and updating existing portfolios
  • Collating of communication responses and update of response spreadsheet
  • Re-balance of client portfolios via platform
  • Non-response process and monitoring response level to communication
  • Accuracy, ability to be 100% accurate
  • Communication; liaising with other team members
  • Organisational / planning skills
  • Quick learner
  • Computer literate / Excel etc
The successful candidate have a sound understanding of the investment market and will be responsible for rebalancing client portfolios via platform and updating research tools, so will need to demonstrate high levels of accuracy. You will also ideally haveknowledge/familiarity of platform systems and research tools.Benefits:
