My client are seeking an experienced and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team, As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding sales and profits within your assigned sales territory.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets, I want to hear from you!Responsibilities:- Conduct proactive outbound calls to accounts within your assigned territory, documenting call outcomes in the telemarketing system.- Collaborate with the Office Manager/Profit Centre Manager and external representatives to identify key and target accounts and develop strategies to secure business.- Manage your sales territory effectively, working closely with external representatives to meet or exceed budgeted sales and profit targets.- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring first choice when placing orders and first refusal in competitive situations.- Respond promptly to leads provided, reporting call responses to the external representative/Office Manager/Profit Centre Manager.- Conduct monthly meetings with the external representative to discuss account activities and align strategies.- Develop a deep understanding of the companys product range and stay updated on competitive activities and marketplace changes.- Adhere to the Companys Standard Practice Instructions (SPIs) and maintain accurate records.- Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels to meet customer requirements.- Support the resolution of customer credit claims in a prompt and efficient manner.- Foster effective communication with all departments of the Company, promoting collaboration and synergy.- Regularly engage with key and target accounts to increase customer base and profitability.- Collaborate with the External representative/Office Manager/Profit Centre Manager and Internal Sales Representative(s) to drive sales and profit growth.- Understand administrative procedures, including credit control, and comply with SPI requirements.- Contribute to meeting and exceeding budgeted sales and profit targets.- Carry out other reasonable tasks as required.Requirements:- Proven experience in sales or a similar role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.- Excellent customer relationship management skills.- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing systems.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Strong organisational and time management skills.- Knowledge of the Companys product range is an advantage.- Understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.- Familiarity with administrative procedures, including credit control, is preferred.- Valid drivers license may be required.Benefits:- Competitive salary.- Profit share scheme.- Contributory pension plan (up to 6% employer contribution and 6% employee contribution).- Life cover.- 25 days of annual leave, rising to 27 days with service.- VINK Rewards discount scheme.- Free parking.- Complimentary beverages.- Regular staff social events.Do you want to be part of this success storyIf so, APPLY NOW!Why choose Venatu Recruitment GroupContact Centre is a specialist division here at Venatu Recruitment Group.
