Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to provide excellent client / customer management and sales support to a team of external Account Managers for a growing business in Kirkstall, Leeds. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will need to have a confident, professional telephone manner and be able to build rapport with ease. Good organisation skills and attention to detail is also required to ensure that accurate records are kept. A positiveattitude and good work ethic are also essential along with excellent IT skills. Previous experience in a similar client management / internal sales / sales support role is ideally required.This growing company has a fantastic culture, and they are looking for someone who wants to join a close team who all work towards the same goal. Responsibilities include:* Support external Account Managers and assist them in providing rapid responses to customers.* Assist external Account Managers with price increase administration.* Carry out sales related projects as delegated by Sales Manager/Director.* Document all customer contact and establish rigorous follow-up mechanisms to close sales.* Establish and maintain a contact schedule in line with customers.* Build customer loyalty and develop knowledge of their business activity, highlighting potential products.* Analyse sales performance and trends.Essential Experience & Skills:* Previous experience in a similar client management / sales support role* Self-motivated and determined with confident telephone manner* Ability to organise, plan and execute sales strategies with attention to detail* Highly proficient in IT systems* Good written communication and numerateEmployment Details:* Salary circa £25,000 per annum* Full-time / Permanent* Mon to Fri / 9am to 5pmThere are real career opportunities for you to develop and progress within this friendly, growing company.Please apply with a well-written CV that displays your experience and skills.
