Were looking for an Internal Recruiter on a 13-month fixed-term contract.The ideal candidate will have experience as an Internal Recruiter managing end to end campaigns with a focus on Telesales or Customer Service. They will also be responsible for assisting with onboarding and compliance, as well as exit interviews if an whenneeded.Internal Recruiter Responsibilities* Lead the volume recruitment across the business in line with agreed process and to agreed targets* Lead the relationship with all external recruitment partners including our ATS provider, recruitment agencies etc, to ensure goals are met and commercial agreements are best value* Leverage both technology and social media to maximise our EVP and candidate attraction setting us apart from other businesses - particularly with regards to maximising the use of our ATS and social media channels* Drive retention activity to ensure we are retaining our talent* Report on key recruitment metrics monthly, making recommendations/proactive steps based on the data* Participate in job fairs & other related resourcing activities to attract candidates & boost the companys reputation* Utilise talent rediscovery and other AI capabilities to maximise out ATS database of candidates* Lead the onboarding of all new Searchers through the starter process ensuring all process steps are completed efficiently and accurately* Lead internal transfers and selection into new roles (administration process handled elsewhere in the P&C team)* Lead the leaver process including all aspects of leaver administration (payroll process handled within the Finance function)* As part of the wider P&C team, contribute to continuous improvement projectsKnowledge and skills required:* Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Agency Recruiter or similar role* Solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle including a good knowledge of recruitment related UK employment law* Financial Services industry experience (desirable not essential)* Previous experience in an HR/People role* Experience of interviewing and recruiting in a range of roles* Excellent knowledge of MS Office* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems* Experience of rapport building* Good communicator both verbally and written* Some knowledge/experience of current social media trends in the recruitment world* Good team worker and self-motivator who remains calm under pressure.* Happy and able to undertake regular travel to other officesIf you want to know more, please apply today with an updated CV to be considered.
