Job Description

A brand new Internal Comms role for a growing Tech company based in Leeds. This role is offering hybrid working, and is a new role within an established communications team.Client DetailsMy client is a fast growing tech company based in Leeds. With offices across the globe, my client are looking to expand their internal communications team. My client provides unique solutions within the financial services sector.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Internal Communications Executive will include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of the internal communications strategy and engagement calendar
  • Build relationships, drive and source content from teams across the business.
  • Responsible for creating, editing, and distributing engaging content
  • Organising colleague engagement events, focus groups and networks and evaluate and report on the outcomes and findings
  • Support the People Team and Head of Brand with communication campaigns such as ESG, Values development, charitable and D&I initiatives to create a meaningful and impactful series of events throughout the year
  • Co-develop and manage evaluation processes to ensure internal communication and engagement activities are impactful and relevant. Use qualitative and quantitative, informal, and formal feedback routes where appropriate
  • Responsibly of maintenance and development of Company intranet
ProfileThe successful Internal Communications Executive will have the following skills and experience;- Degree educated or relevant communications qualification is preferable- Fully competent with Microsoft packages- Experience working in internal communications, ideally within a commercial organization- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, across various levels of the business- Strong copywriting and content creation skills- Self motivated, proactive and responsive to business needs- Experience using Canva is preferableJob OfferOn offer for the successful Internal Communications Executive:
  • Starting salary up to £35,000
  • Flexible/hybrid working, 1-2 days a week in office
