Job Description

Internal Account Manager (Leeds) Office Based£22,000 - £25,000 + OTE £35,000 + Training + BenefitsAn IT Solution Provider employing over 200 staff are looking for an Internal Account Manager that has a technical interest in IT products to join the team. You must have a minimum of 6 months sales experience and want to work in a targeted sales environment,but in a more consultative approach.Key duties of the Internal Account Manager are:

  • Collaborating with large established IT vendors selling new and refurbished IT technology.
  • Demonstrating a strong technical understanding of a range of IT products.
  • Taking inbound calls to existing customers and then upselling and cross selling.
  • Keeping up to date with new products sold and maintain an understanding on how those products work.
  • Maintaining an internal CRM system of customer information.
Experience required for the Internal Account Manager role:
  • A minimal of 6 months sales experience
  • Must have a keen interest in understanding the technical elements of IT products.
  • Effective technical communication skills
  • Must be ambitious and go above and beyond for customers
  • Computer literacy
  • Must be methodical and organised with your work approach
  • Attentive to details
