Job Description

The interim talent acquisition manager is responsible for full cycle recruiting to source, select and hire top talent for all UK and international locations, as well as establishing and maintaining effective recruitment metrics, processes, systems and tools.Client DetailsA growing UK and international Technology businessDescriptionThe interim Talent Acquisition Manager will have a broad range of responsibilities including:

  • Full cycle recruiting across all functions to enable a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Creatively attract new talent using multiple sources to advertise, source and recruit
  • Develop recruitment plans to maximise talent sourcing
  • Provide innovative insight and ideas for filling complex and hard to fill positions
  • Implement progressive sourcing strategies including networking, social media, professional associations, and organisations to provide access to top tier talent
  • Build strong relationships with the management team to understand and meet their hiring needs of their respective teams
  • Manage recruitment agencies and other vendors associated with recruitment; ensure vendor contracts are in place and approved
  • Developing new procedures for recruiting (e.g. application, onboarding processes) and also improving the current practices
  • Keeping track of all recruiting metrics (e.g. cost-per-hire, time-to-hire)
  • Participating in career events and job fairs to network with potential candidates
  • Building the professional network of the company by maintaining strategic relationships with partners, colleges and HR professionals
  • Recommending ways for improving the employer brand
  • Reviewing recruitment software for suggesting the best options for our company
  • Manage offer process
  • Design standard recruitment processes and establish expectations across the business
ProfileThe interim Talent Acquisition Manager will be a highly experienced recruitment professional with a broad ranging background in 360 degree recruitment role. You will be/have:
  • Skilled at recruiting for technical positions, especially in the IT and engineering fields
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of recruiting methods, recruiting marketing, and techniques and ability to drive results
  • Proven success in bringing new ideas to meet talent acquisition needs for an organisation conducting business in multiple locations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to build relationships at a variety of levels
  • Prior experience as Recruitment Manager or similar senior role
  • Prior experience of conducting various types of interviews (e.g. in-person, phone, Skype)
  • Experience designing Talent Acquisition processes and implementing recruitment systems and related best practices
  • Degree educated or equivalent, ideally in HR, Business, IT, Engineering or a related field
  • Immediately available or on short notice
Job Offer
  • Salary £60-80,000 plus benefits
  • Fully remote role, home based in UK
  • 12 month fixed term contract
