Job Description

Page Personnel are supporting a fantastic NFP organisation based in Leeds who are on the search for an Interim L&D Officer to join their HR function on a 3 month FTC. This role will specifically be with a view to reviewing, updating and improving the organisations onboarding process along with additional ad hoc L&D duties. This role can predominantly be based from home with the occasional requirement to travel into the clients Leeds offices.Client DetailsOur client is a leading NFP organsation based in Leeds. The Interim L&D Officer position sits within a collaborative and friendly HR function who will provide the equipment, training and continuous support throughout the assignment.DescriptionIn this fantastic Interim L&D Officer position, roles and responsibilities are to include;

  • Review, develop and deliver the the company onboarding programme that supports new employees to make a successful start to their role within the organisation
  • Design and deliver high quality blended learning solutions tailoring to meet the needs of individuals and the business
  • Create engaging materials and resources that support learner engagement and knowledge transfer
  • Book employees on to training courses through the system
  • Manage the teams central inbox and respond to queries in a timely fashion
  • ProfileWere looking for someone with;Experience within a similar L&D role with ability to both design and deliver learning contentStrong communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal, presentation and facilitation)Ability to demonstrate initiative, be proactive and offer a solution-oriented approachAbility to prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlinesJob OfferSalary up to £29,000FTE + Remote working possibility + Equipment provided + Company benefits Required skills
