They are looking for an experienced Gas Manager to join their Property Services team on an interim basis.DescriptionInterim Gas ManagerThe successful candidate will be responsible for:- Ensuring all properties have a valid annual gas service certificate.- Managing and providing gas supervision and support to domestic gas engineers / lead engineers for all domestic gas work. And deliver an 8 till 8 responsive gas repair service 7 days a week- Working closely with the supply chain to ensure the effective delivery of necessary parts to engineers ensuring van stocks are adequately equipped to achieve first time fixes. Be responsible for a large team of Gas Engineers / lead engineers and must beable to implement and maintain safe working practices . The individual will be Responsible for the management and monitoring of performance and will be expected to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and value for money.- The efficient planning and organisation of all gas domestic work and resources including liaising with tenants and the wider organisation to obtain access for works to be carried out.- Ensuring that compliance is upheld through quality control checks and deal with discrepancies raised by the compliance team and lead engineers and be a tried and tested individual who has the technical and management skills to drive continuous improvement.- Providing guidance, technical advice and support on all aspects of gas maintenance servicing and installation to staff associated within the mechanical and electrical service / management and other teams.ProfileTo apply for this role you must have extensive knowledge and experience in
