One of the largest national restructuring and insolvency divisions in the UK are back on the market looking to hire an Insolvency Senior Associate in their Leeds based team.Our client has played a significant role in many of the major corporate insolvencies in the last decade and is currently actively involved with a range of different and in some instances high profile cases.The Leeds team are a fundamental part of the operation in that the group will be involved in all stages of the insolvency process: pre-appointment work to closure.What makes this opportunity unique is that you will be working on high profile insolvency appointments which by their very nature, will provide exposure to intricate case matters and a chance to see how big-ticket collapses are either rescued or liquidated.This team is full of experience and is a hub for learning and progression. Development is very structured, and support is often provided for those wanting to sit accountancy or insolvency exams.As a Senior Associate, you will support the Managers and Senior Managers working as part of a team to delivery high quality insolvency work. Regular and timely communication with stakeholders, such as creditors and employees, drafting reports, supportingwith cash management, dealing with adjudication of creditor claims will all form part of your role.To be considered, you must have worked within the insolvency profession for 3-5 years and have had exposure to Administration cases (pre-packs, trade-ons) and be comfortable with the progression of corporate cases across the board.The recruitment process is two stages consisting of a technical and competency interview with the Directors and Associate Directors in the team.If you are looking to step up and work in a top tier firm with big ticket insolvencies then please do apply to the role today and we can discuss the position in greater detail.
