Job Description

Join a fast-growing Medical Device organisation, based at their head office in West Yorkshire!Our client is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Inside Sales Representative to join their telesales team in helping the company grow by promoting their leading portfolio of surgical products into key hospital customers and some private clinics via telephone.Ideal Requirement

  • You will have strong sales experience, ideally telephone based.
  • Other backgrounds in hospitality, retail etc. will also be considered.
  • Hardworking and career orientated.
  • Ability to successfully work to sales targets.
  • Flexible to travel nationally and internationally to exhibitions when required.
Role Responsibilities
  • Contacting existing and potential customers to present our products and services. Both in clinical and non-clinical departments.
  • Targeted to making a minimum of 50 phone calls per day when office based. A reduced target when Hospital meetings, Lists, Symposiums, Exhibits or Video call meetings with customers take place. Or when asked to complete alternative tasks.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
  • Track calls and sales by compiling daily call reports. Documenting conversations had by phone, emails and in person.
  • Keep an updated customer database, noting other useful data capture information.
  • Send quotes and following up ongoing enquiries, address any questions or issues customers may have.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Offer solutions based on customer needs.
  • Provide quotations for goods and shipping.
  • Liaise with Product Development/Production department regarding new product enquiries and record details for future reference.
  • Liaise with Quality/Regulatory departments regarding complaints, certification, and feedback etc, record and store information in relevant folder.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for concise and accurate reporting and external communication.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Must work effectively as part of a team.
  • Be dynamic, flexible, tenacious, and adaptable as requirements change.
