They establish deliverables-based solutions and provide a specialist service that sees them supplying entire project teams for clients across the UK.They offer the full end-to-end Project delivery and resource service on £1m to £100m+ budgets.The role: Talent Attraction and Engagement

  • A 100% delivery / resourcing role
  • Identifying IT candidates with the skills and capabilities required to meet the demands of their client portfolio via Linkedin, networking and other channels
  • Continually researching the marketplace to identify candidates who fit either permanent placement briefs or interim requirements as part of their consulting business
  • Assessing the skills and capabilities of the associate pool through interviews and assessments
  • Working in partnership with their client solutions team to match associate skills with client project briefs
  • Ensuring on-boarding of associates is complete and meets both the compliance standards of both their company and their clients
  • Working closely with PR / The Resourcing Team / Account Managers / Directors to build an on-going Community of Practice’ to include marketing events, community meet-ups and online communications to attract and engage new and existing associates (Contractors) to their wider network
  • About you
  • IT / Technical Recruitment experience
  • Previous experience of sourcing IT candidates
  • Experience of Identifying IT Candidates with the skills and capabilities required to meet the project requirements
  • Technically minded
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced search techniques via a variety of on-line platforms
  • Results driven with the ability to work under pressure
  • Wants to grow and develop
