Role: Infrastructure/Projects EngineerReports to: IT ManagerOur client are a progressive MSP and Consultancy based in West Yorkshire who support in excess of 175 clients across numerous sectors with Cloud, Infrastructure and Microsoft products/services. There are great opportunities to progress not only with your technical knowledge but also your career.We are currently looking to recruit an Infrastructure/Projects Engineer who has a diverse range of technical skills including 3rd Line support, Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Network and Project management. This role is 60% based on client sites. You will need to have 3-5 years experience within IT covering the above technical skills. In addition, MSP experience would be essential.Responsibilities/Requirements:·Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP·IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsofts core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware·Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.·Implement and support disaster recovery solutions·Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security·Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix·System documentation to include system reviews and recommendations·Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages·IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsofts core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware·Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.·Implement and support disaster recovery solutions·Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security·Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix·System documentation to include system reviews and recommendations·Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outagesEssential: Full drivers license
