Job Description

Up to £35,000 per annum3 days a week in Leeds (after probationary period)Audit & Risk Recruitment are working with a global construction business to help them hire an Information Security bid assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced maturing environment, with the goal to work closely with wider group businesses,providing Information Security guidance and support.Our client is currently undertaking an Information Security transformation along with a sustained company wide growth rate of 37%. You will be integral in clarifying Information Security policy, gaining valuable Cyber GRC and Data Protection experience to progressfurther into the experienced IT team.You will also have the opportunity for growth and development in the company, with a commitment to long-term investment in their employee success. As the successful candidate, you will be a trusted advisor to the group policy regarding Information SecurityGRC and Data Protection. You will be entrusted with impeccable communicative skill in order to give concise and accurate responses for binding contractual agreements. This will maintain the reputation of the business along with allowing for learning and growthopportunities.Technical requirements:

  • Excellent communicative skills in a professional setting
  • Worked and interacted with technical Information security policy
  • Had experience in Data protection
  • Be able to confidently articulate technical language into non-technical language

  • Confident individual with good interpersonal skills, able to deal with people at all levels in the business
  • Have clear and precise communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well organised, with good verbal and written communication skills

You should be a candidate that has professional experience of working with Information Security or Data Protection. A mix of experience in Industry and Practice will be valued. Youll need to available to work in the UK without sponsorship and mustbe able to commute to Leeds.Audit & Risk Recruitment
