Together, we work as One Murphy by directly delivering the people, plant and expertise needed to make projects a success.Theres more to Murphy.Job description:IM Administrator (information management) - York or LeedsWelcome to TRU East:The Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU) aims to deliver faster, longer, more frequent, and more reliable services across the north of England, from Newcastle, Hull and York towards Manchester and Liverpool via Leeds.The aim of the TRU East Alliance is to transform the East of Leeds route allowing people to travel faster, more reliably and in greater comfort between the Norths great cities. Providing passengers with more choice, more seats, and better facilities ona safer, cleaner, more environmentally friendly railway.This is a new role created to help support the Information Management team to manage Alliance business improvement platforms, SharePoint Online (Intranet) and Asite the common data environment for construction related data. The role sits within the InformationManagement team and the overall Alliance Business Improvement team, leading a digital future for the Alliance where visual content and connectivity are a priority. The Administrator reports to the Information Management Coordinator within the Alliance InformationManagement team.What you will be doing

  • Systems Administrator for SharePoint and Asite Systems
  • Provide system user support
  • Maintain an electronic document control system to meet the needs of the project
  • Monitor compliance and advise senior management of individuals failing to observe these systems and procedures
  • Provide support for the Information Management Lead and Coordinator
  • Continuous Development of Information management systems and processes
  • Attend weekly meetings as required.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required.
What we are looking for
  • System Administration skills and experience
  • Proven knowledge and experience of working within a digital environment including use of systems i.e., Microsoft 365. Document Management Systems.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
Desirable bur not essential
  • Document Management experience
  • Working knowledge of the Rail industry
