IFA Administration - Script Specialist - Operations Team - National Wealth Management Organisation - Leeds - up to £26,000 plus Benefits Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking to use your experience in a different way MB Fitzgerald Recruitment are working with a National Wealth Management Organisation who are recruiting for their Operations Team based in Leeds.The role

  • I am working with a National Wealth Management Organisation who are looking to hire a Script Specialist for their busy Operations Team in Leeds.
  • This is an important position within the Central Operations team, enabling the Financial Planners and their support teams to work efficiently by delivering third party policy information.
  • Provide monthly MI updates
  • Supporting Team Manager during meetings and Presentations
  • Liaising with third parties
  • Accurate completion of script templates and Xplan updates
  • Other ad-hoc projects/ activities
What we are looking for:
  • Ideally you will have previous experience of working as an IFA Administrator or similar.
  • Those who have started studying towards the Diploma Financial Planning would have an advantage
  • Strong Analytical and IT skills including; MS Office, Provider Platforms & back office software such as Xplan
