We are currently searching for an ICT Technician to support a cluster of schools in Leeds. Due to the location, you will need to drive andbe local to Leeds.This will be a customer-facing role, and therefore the ICT Technician must be comfortable in front of clients and ideally have had client-facing or multi-site experience in the past. This might be through a school or an IT Managed Service Provider.The ICT Technician will have experience supporting Windows Servers, network troubleshooting, and end-user computer support. You will also be involved in supporting school hardware, which may include printers, AV equipment, touchscreens, and projectors.As well as providing customer-focused ICT support, youll help promote the companys services and assist each site in planning for future projects.
