This Top 200 firm is extremely well known forits defendant personal injury work on a national basis. In order to continue the firms success in this area, a role has arisen for aCredit Hire Fee Earner who has experience of litigation and handled theirown case load of Credit Hire files.This role offers hybrid working and a lucrative bonus scheme.The role will involve dealing with a caseload of DA credit hire and injury files under the supervision of the Team Leader. Instructions are received at the point of litigation, so a full knowledge of handling RTA claims through to conclusion via a court hearingis necessary.This role offers an excellent opportunity to investigate litigated Complex credit hire claims from a tactical and strategic point. The role of the File Handler is to carry out complex & technical investigations on claims submitted from specific opponents. Theseclaims will be up to £25,000 in value.You will predominately be handling your own caseload of delegated authority claims whilst assisting and helping to shape our best in--class strategy for our insurer clients.
