Now, lets talk about your role.Were looking for a HR Reporting Analyst to join our HRIS team working with our Workday system.The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports
  • Develop and execute unit/system test plans; ensuring delivery of a quality product
  • Partner with stakeholders (internal/external to HR) to understand report/data requirements and ensure results meet the business needs
  • Implement proof of concept to confirm feasibility of requirements
  • Work with technology/security teams to define and create calc fields, security policies and other Workday objects to support the evolving reporting needs of the organization
  • Troubleshoot report related issues and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Lead efforts to analyse and optimize report performance
  • Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the companys internal/external audit controls
  • Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting HR reporting inquires/issues
  • Review system upgrades/releases to determine overall business impact, conducts regression testing and make recommendations for future enhancements/functionality
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in Workday Reporting and best practices
  • Support Head of HRIS in integrating and "big picture" of solutions, as opposed to product owners who are focused on the minutiae.

    • What do we need from you
  • Hands-on experience in other Workday functions to include Core HR, Recruiting or Reporting and Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability
  • Demonstrated experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint
  • Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
