Job Title: Recruitment & HR Administrator Reporting to: HR Services ManagerSalary: Up to £28,000Location: LeedsHours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, usually 9.005:30 but could be 8.305.00 or 9.306.00, or a combination. After trained up can work from home some days.Benefits: Annual performance bonus, agile working policy, pension, life insurance, private medical and dental, PHI, season ticket loan, 27 days holiday per annum, holiday purchase scheme.Purpose of the Role:To deliver a high-quality and efficient administrative service to a busy HR team. This role is split 50/50working for the Recruitment Specialist in the mornings; and alongside HR Administrators in the afternoons. The recruitment work will involve workingclosely with the Recruitment Specialist to ensure candidates are handled swiftly and professionally. Logging candidates details, sending application responses, arranging interview times, liaising with the interview panel, preparing panel packs, arranging candidatetests etc.Recruitment Responsibilities: Work with the Recruitment Specialist to understand each days priorities Weekly catch-ups to update on recruitment processes Ensure direct applicants are handled swiftly and professionallyacknowledging and updating them their applications under the Recruitment Specialists guidance Ensure agency representatives and their candidates are communicated with accurately and efficientlyunder the Recruitment Specialists guidance Log all candidates details in our digital recruitment folders Contact direct candidates and agency representatives to arrange interview times Contact managers and Partners to set up the interview panel and book interview times in their calendars Liaise with the interview panel and preparing panel packs Email out candidate profile tests Keep the Recruitment Specialist up to date with any changes to candidate status or interview arrangements Ensure all interview notes are kept in line with GDPRHR Services Responsibilities: Answer queries received to the HR Inbox from staff, Managers and Partnerswhere the queries are more complex ensure these are passed to one of the HR Advisors Maintain the range of HR trackers so these are updated promptly as actions occur Pass staff and Partner changes affecting payroll to the Payroll Coordinator Enrol staff and Partners onto benefit schemes and update the providers Update Cascade (HR system) as personal details, job role and pay changes occur Prompt managers for end of probation reviews and appraisal documentation Compile basic HR statistics on a monthly basis Assist in administration tasks involved in HR project work as needed
