Job Description

HR & Payroll Assistant (12m FTC)Leeds City CentreSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 p/a12 month maternity coverLegal sector (previous industry experience not required)LHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) are supporting a leading law firm seeking an HR & Payroll Assistant for an initial 12 month fixed-term contract. The HR & Payroll Assistant will join the People team of 6 (organisation headcount: 300), supporting with monthly payroll preparation, and wider generalist responsibilities including benefit administration, contract/document preparation, onboarding, and elementsof HR reporting.Previous skills/experience required for this varied role include:

  • Experience in a similar varied HR support role
  • Having used excel and/or HR systems for data entry, manipulation and reporting
  • People and customer centric
  • Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive
  • Experience working closely with internal stakeholders
