Job Description

A great opportunity for a HRBP in a fast paced, global business based in LeedsPartnering your customer base for HR projects, change management and BAUClient DetailsA fast paced, growing, Global Professional Services business based in Leeds.DescriptionReporting into the Head of HR you will partner your business area of approx 300 employees for:

  • Stakeholder Management
  • HR/Change Projects
  • Business as usual
  • TUPE and acquisitions
  • Restructuring
  • Off shoring to projects
  • Delivering People Plan in your business area
  • Role out of company values
  • Performance life cycle
  • Learning and development opportunities
    • Profile
  • Is immediately available or on a 1 week notice period in order to start March 2021
  • Has currently/previously worked in Professional/Financial services or an equivalent sector managing a corporate customer group.
  • Have delivered on change within a business i.e. off shoring, restructuring.
  • Have the ability to manage complex casework ideally including TUPE
  • Have ideally worked in a matrix organisation in a global business
  • Have the ability to work in a fast paced, changing working environment with the resilience to manage this effectively.
