Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner The commercial and finance division. The role of HR Business Partner is to partner with the business leaders and managers to drive HR and Group initiatives, which support the achievement ofbusiness goals and objectives. A key part of the HRBP’s role is the cultivation of a culture, which enables leaders to create the right environment where people thrive and feel included, valued and respected The successful HR Business Partner will work within a fast paced and effective HR team environment and will take responsibility for: • Consulting with senior stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of operations and people related HR issues • Working with business area leaders to deliver people related initiatives and change programmes, drawing on the expertise and support of wider HR team where required • Supporting leaders and managers with complex employee relations cases, including restructuring, redundancies, TUPE, disciplinaries and grievances, mitigating risk to the business • Coaching and empowering leaders and managers to perform their people-related responsibilities more effectively Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences: • CIPD Qualified • Business Partnered within the Professional Services Sector • Experience of delivering people related change projects/initiatives • A track record of delivering results • Generalist HR background with experience of complex casework This role offers hybrid working with 1 to 2 days a week in the office
