Job Description

Company DetailsHisense is a multi-billion-dollar global home appliance manufacturer with over 80,000 employees worldwide. Hisense group has subsidiaries across the globe, and its UK site is expanding rapidly. The company produces a wide range of products which includes TV, refrigerator, cooker, washer, phones and air conditioners from a number of factories across the world.Hisense UK is looking for an HR assistant to join its HR team. The successful candidate will be based in the Hisense UK Leeds office.Duties and responsibilitiesThe duties of HR assistant involve a wide range of support activities to the HR manager, which includes but not limited to:

  • Payroll and benefit administration
  • Recruitment activity, including managing agency, scanning CVs, and scheduling interviews
  • Annual projects such as staff KPI setting, HR budgeting, and recruitment plan
  • HQ reporting including cost analysis, staff registration and etc
  • General HQ tasks ranging from new staff on-boarding, employee database maintenance to HR cost recording
  • Other ad hoc support per request
  • Qualifications
  • Fluent in Chinese is a MUST
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource or related field is preferred
  • Work experience in HR or administrative role is preferred
  • Competent in operating MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, especially with Excel)
  • Be able to work under pressure, excellent time management skill
  • Detail-oriented and structural thinking
  • Proactive and confident, able to communicate professionally at all level
  • Working Times and Benefits
