Job Description

Page Personnel are partnering with a NFP organisation in Leeds who are on the search for a HR and MI Advisor. Along with a generalist remit inclusive of E.R casework, recruitment support and project involvement, youll be a system super user for the soon-to-be-implementedHR system and drive a variety of people data-focused reports. The HR and MI Advisor sits within an experienced and friendly team who place a high importance on teamwork and a collaborativeapproach to work.The organisation are adopting a hybrid working pattern currently which is expected to stay long-term. This is another benefit that the successful candidate will gain from, along with a very generous salary and benefits package.DescriptionIn this busy and varied HR and MI Advisor position, roles and remits will include;

  • Proactively manage employee relations cases ranging from formal grievance to disciplinary investigations whilst ensuring correct and fair processes are followed at all times throughout the investigations
  • Provide coaching to Managers and Team Leaders on performance improvement plans and resolving issues before escalation
  • Manage and run effective HR Systems and reporting, use data to drive business decisions and people practices, ensuring the business and wider HR team work in line with agreed processes
  • Develop effective working relationships with managers and provide effective, timely people management reports to manage productivity, performance and issues
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports for client areas and provide dialogue to support where necessary
  • Offering technical system support and guidance to Super Users to ensure they can fulfil their responsibilities within the system
ProfileWere looking for someone with;
  • Demonstrable HR experience, including exposure to a wide range of ER issues
  • CIPD qualification would be preferable
  • Knowledge of identifying and resolving People system issues
  • Advanced IT skills including MS Excel is essential
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law legislation
  • Experience of coaching, influencing and building strong working relationships with business leaders
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage own workload efficiently
