Overall purpose of the role (in conjunction with the company values)To work collaboratively with the wider HR function providing support with all HR related administrative tasks.Scope of roleTo provide effective administration support to ensure the efficient operation of the HR function, whilst adopting effective relationships with other internal and external stakeholders. Major accountabilities of role Administrative duties including but not limited to; filing, archiving, providing reference requests, preparation and postage of any HR related paperwork, event organisation such as training workshops, collation of documentation required for any HR processes. Assist with the ongoing maintenance and Support Helpdesk of the HR system. Prepare paperwork such as offer letters and contracts efficiently. Assist with exit processes where required. Maintain employee records. Answer any general HR queries where possible. Update HR databases in a timely manner. Create and issue reports relating to HR data and processesExperience and capability requirements Knowledge/experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational skills and time management. Resilience and ability to work under pressure. Effective at building good working relationships. Competent working knowledge of all system-based tools, including Microsoft Office.Capability: Effective communication skills. Strong ability to prioritise workload. Able to act on own initiative. Strong work ethic and inclusive team player.
