Job Description

We are currently partnering with our client based in Leeds who are looking for a HR Admin Team Leader.This is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary of up to £30,000 dependant on experience.As a HR Admin Team Leader within the clients Shared Service function, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference by driving change, continuous improvement, and quality to deliver excellent service for our colleagues.Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of up to 12 HRSS Administrators
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders to understand customer needs and drive design to ensure flawless execution of end to end colleague lifecycle processes
  • Ensure all operational change is communicated effectively to the relevant teams
  • Work to minimise the impact of any outages or service changes
  • Drive the companys mission of providing a simple, standard, and compliant back office service
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a HR shared services environment is essential*
  • Experience of managing the work of large teams
  • Have an established reputation for being able to make a personal impact and operate alongside senior leaders in a business where change is always on the agenda
  • Your stakeholder management skills will be second to none, and you will have confidence in your ability to effectively listen, influence and persuade others to adapt to changing priorities
