Job Description

**Home Based, No Previous Property Experience Required, Full Training And Equipment Provided And Uncapped Commissions Available**Yopa are one of the UKs largest estate agents and weve been independently rated by thousands of customers as Excellent on Trustpilot. We are excited to announce new opportunities available to join our team of passionate Inbound Property Sales Consultants, all based from the comfort of your own home!Youll be the first point of contact for Buyers and Sellers via Incoming calls and email, arranging valuations and viewing appointments for customers through the Yopa Hub platform, aiming to match customers with their dream home and delivering a personalservice throughout. Youll build rapport and be comfortable with assessing customers needs and provide recommendations on a range of additional products and services Including Mortgage Advice and Legal support.This is a fast paced and lucrative role with completely uncapped commissions available and will provide you with all the necessary tools required to start your new career In Estate Agency, with full training provided, guaranteed commission during your first2 months and further progression opportunities available.Whats On Offer - The Important Bit:

  • Basic of £20k plus uncapped monthly commissions from additional product and services recommendations. Average OTEs of £23-25k

  • Our current opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm (lieu day during the week)

  • Virtual Training session with some days required onsite at either one of our award winning customer contact centres In Hinckley, Leicestershire and Watford Hertfordshire, followed by regular monthly visits.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • An understanding of the Scottish Property Market is desirable but not essential, as well provide you with all the training you need to excel in this role.
  • Sales negotiator or have worked for/in an estate agency branch previously
  • Experience In up-selling additional products and services desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team, sharing best practice, knowledge, resource, and ideas
  • Strong organizational skills: manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Computer literate and tech savvy. Training in company software/systems will be provided.
  • Flexible attitude to working hours as some weekend working will be required.
