Job Description

**REMOTE BASED, NO ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**Yopa are one of the UKs largest estate agents and weve been independently rated by thousands of customers as Excellent on Trustpilot. We are excited to announce brand new opportunities available to join our team of passionate Property Sales Consultants, all based from the comfort of your own home!Whats On Offer - The Important Bit:

  • Basic of £19k plus uncapped monthly commissions from additional product and services recommendations. Average OTEs of £25k
  • Support for your first 2 months In the role with average commissions paid based on team averages
  • Our current opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm.

  • Occasional travel to our Customer Contact Centres In Hinckley and Watford (All travel costs are paid for by Yopa when visiting our Contact Centres. Initial training period will also take place on-site at the Hinckley Customer Contact Centre, travel and accommodationprovided)
Your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Were looking for someone with a genuine passion for delivering a great customer experience & tailoring your style appropriately on each call.
  • Youll be the first point of contact for our Buyers and will aim to match them with their dream home, delivering a personal service through building rapport and understanding their needs
  • Responsibilities include Registration of new Buyers, arranging viewings and valuations and scheduling mortgage appointments.
  • Dealing with offers on behalf of Buyers and working closely with our Sellers & Local Agents to ensure the best possible offer is received.
  • Effectively diagnose, investigate, and resolve customer complaints. Working closely with our Local Agents & Customer Resolutions team to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • You will have the opportunity to maximize your earning potential, advising customers of additional products and services such as mortgage & conveyancing services, to ensure they are supported every step of the way.
  • Overcome customer objections in a confident and service led manner to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Adhere to GDPR and compliance requirements in line with training provided.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • An understanding of the Scottish Property Market is desirable but not essential, as well provide you with all the training you need to excel in this role.
  • Sales negotiator or have worked for/in an estate agency branch previously
  • Experience In up-selling additional products and services desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team, sharing best practice, knowledge, resource, and ideas
  • Strong organizational skills: manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Computer literate and tech savvy. Training in company software/systems will be provided.
  • Flexible attitude to working hours as some weekend working will be required.
