Hire Centre Manager (Attachments) / Contact Centre Team ManagerLeeds, West Yorkshire£Competitive SalaryWe currently have a great opportunity for a Hire Manager to join our Groundforce Attachments division in Morley, Leeds. Leading a small telephony team you will ensure all hire transactions and admin tasks are undertaken efficiently, in line with companyprocedure and customer requirements.Supporting your Director with the gathering and collating of management information as well as the ongoing review of the performance of your direct reports will drive the success of the department. In addition, managing the team effectively ensuring developmentplans are in place for team members are also key requirements of the role.As well as the above you will ensure optimum service levels are achieved by building and maintaining effective working relationships with customers, responding to their queries in a timely manner, and driving efficiencies.
