Were recruiting a temporary role with a public sector organisation in Leeds, paying up to £14 per hour. Immediate start for 2 months with possible extensionClient DetailsWeve partnered with a fantastic organisation who work with a number of public sector organisations in Leeds with the aim to develop and grow the citys social care workforce. Based in the City Centre, they can offer a blended approach, with some days inan office environment/ at partner locations in the City location and some working from home. The role is full-time until the end of March, and could be extended beyond this for the right candidate.DescriptionReporting to the Health and Care Talent Lead in the team, the post holder will engage with and manage the pipeline of candidates who have expressed an interest in working in the Health & Care Sector. Their role is to enhance candidate experience, proactivelykeeping applicants engaged throughout their journey and, where appropriate, broker alternative employment opportunities within Leeds. You must be able to build strong working relationships as you will be working collaboratively with our partners to help filland recruit their current vacancies.ProfileThe ideal person for this role will be a skilled communicator, who is able to work autonomously with a varied and developing remit. They will have a strong grounding in recruitment processes and experience of working closely with members of the public. Werelooking for exceptional proactive customer and candidate relationship skills, someone who is able to communicate on all levels with our partners/stakeholders and candidates. You will be asked to attend partner offices to help with interviews, assessment centresand job fairs.Previous HR or recruitment agency experience would be an advantage; however, we are very keen to meet candidates who have transferable skills from other fast-paced, complex organisations.Job OfferA fantastic opportunity to work on a new Healthcare Project with an interesting organisation in Leeds.
