Dacres Commercial are leading the way in providing dedicated property consultancy services to the UK Healthcare sector, they offer a full range of services, both practical and consultancy for specialist lenders, medical practices, NHS Trusts, specialist developers and investors. This role will see you work alongside a Senior Director, managing your own workstream.You will be responsible for advisory services in landlord and tenant matters, valuations, development, and asset management, with both primary care , surgeries, and other healthcare properties, so this will be a very varied and interesting role.The successful applicantThe successful candidate will be an experienced and competent commercial property surveyor. You will ideally have health care experience gained in a private practice environment, or transferrable general practice skills. You will be responsible for valuations, rent reviews, sales, lettings & acquisitions, lease negations, new surgery development, notional rent, investment sale and sale and leaseback.You will be a Chartered Surveyor, with MRICS or FRICS status. You may be operating at Senior Surveyor or Associate level now, and excited to take an opportunity where you can have real impact in your role, and be rewarded with excellent career progression.Key skills and attributes
