Job Description

Healthcare Candidate Consultant, working within a very successful Healthcare Recruitment Agency in Leeds.You will be responsible for supporting the Nursing Team with all resourcing / delivery / attraction and booking of Nurses into shifts within their Temp Team. This is a very fast paced role. You will be managing a bank of nurses and placing them into shifts.This is a great position for someone that is wanting to take responsibility for a bank of candidates and account manage existing clients in a very fast paced temp environment.They are offering

  • Resourcing Nurses
  • Manage incoming CVs, pre-screen, interview and book in applicants
  • Pre-screening / interviewing candidates
  • Manging existing bank of nurses
  • Inducting candidates ready to work
  • Contact candidates after 1st shift and/or at new service and get feedback (record feedback)
  • Shift filling and confirmation of shifts with client and candidates
  • Assist (if required) with booking candidates, chasing those booked on training and calling candidates
  • Managing job boards; i.e. Advertising jobs on a weekly basis for target clients and managing the advert response.
About you
  • Experience of working within a fast paced, temp desk within Healthcare or any other fast paced temp environment. Education and Industrial Recruiters if you fancy moving into the busy Healthcare sector, this could be a great role for you.
  • Great at building realtionships, organised, can handle a very, busy, fast paced temp environment
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Professional working knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Ability to work well under pressure
