Job Description

Post Recruitment are seeking an ambitious Head of Sales to join a rapidly growing, disruptive Legal Techscaleup as their Head of Sales.Reporting to their award-winning and incredibly well networked CEO, youll be tasked with expanding their existing sales function, embedding robust processes to enable the Sales Team to scale with the business and support their exciting growth aspirations.You will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales, aggressively expanding the customer base and generating new revenue.
  • Building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with software providers.
  • Leading in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, pitch deck production, product demonstrations and proposals.
  • Engaging with prospects to understand their unique and specific requirements and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs.
  • Contacting potential prospects from personally generated research to build a robust Sales Funnel.
  • Developing and implementing a scalable sales process that can be quickly developed.
  • Hiring, training and leading a high-performing sales team and advising senior stakeholders on the team structure as the company grows.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation for new clients.
  • LeveragingSalesforce CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.
  • Working closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives.
  • What we are looking for:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B/Software sales with an emphasis on Legal Tech.
  • Experience producing detailed pitch decks and presenting to senior legal stakeholders.
  • Youll be a self-starter and will thrive in an environment where you can work closely with a CEO to grow the business.
  • Experience implementing sales processes, developing the use of CRMs and accurate reporting would be a benefit.
  • Experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting
  • Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing business that really makes a difference to their clients.
  • Your clients will be detail oriented legal professionals, so a passion for written English is absolutely essential.
