We are an established organisation with a workforce of over 3,000 and offer the tools, independence, and training needed for you to be successful both in your new role and broader career.The purpose of this role is to generate profitable sales by development of new and existing clients within territory, commensurate with the provision of a high quality of service to all customers. To generate additional opportunities and sales for RestoreHarrow Green divisions. To assist the Restore Relocation Division, and particularly North-East region in achieving budgeted profit targets all in accordance with agreed standards of performance and presentation.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing a team of 14 (10 Drivers/Operatives & 4 support staff) ensuring targets are always met
  • Maintain a business plan which gives clear direction to the business in pursuit of agreed key business objectives (e.g. sales growth, increased market share)
  • To actively develop sales and the client base in the area to meet key targets
  • Maintain a budget and financial control framework that is stretching in terms of growth and profits and manage the budgets delivery
  • To carry out sales opportunity visits at agreed times with customers
  • Review departmental performance and costs monthly against budget and take the necessary decisions to achieve and exceed the projected budgeted performance
  • Continually review internal and external administration procedures for improved efficiency
ABOUT YOU
  • Experience in influencing and engaging key stakeholders and can communicate at all levels Promotes good communications at all levels
  • Accountable and can stand by decisions with a track record of delivering what is promised
  • High level of commitment and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Experienced in providing quotes & conducting surveys to customers
